All in all at Fathalla , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, not suitable for use, or not as described on our website, you may return it within 10 days of delivery , subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only if:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- All labels, tags, and serial numbers (UPC) are intact
- The product has not been altered or used in any way
Non-Returnable Items
However, the following categories of products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or usage reasons:
- Personal care and hygiene items
- Cosmetics and beauty products
- Electronic personal care devices
- Underwear, lingerie, socks, hosiery, and swimwear
- Household cleaning supplies
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect and verify the condition. However, if the item meets the return criteria, we will process the refund within 10 business days .
In case the item does not qualify for a return or if the reason provided is not validated, we reserve the right to return the item to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

شروط الأهلية فى سياسة الإرجاع
نقبل الإرجاع فقط في حال كانت:
- الحالة الأصلية للمنتج سليمة ولم يتم استخدامه
- العبوة الأصلية سليمة مع جميع الملصقات والرموز (مثل الرقم التسلسلي أو UPC)
- المنتج لم يُمس أو يُستخدم بأي شكل من الأشكال
المنتجات غير القابلة فى سياسة الإرجاع
كذلك لا يمكن إرجاع الفئات التالية من المنتجات لأسباب صحية أو أمنية:
- أدوات النظافة الشخصية والعناية بالجسم
- مستحضرات التجميل ومنتجات العناية بالجمال
- الأجهزة الإلكترونية الخاصة بالعناية الشخصية
- الملابس الداخلية، الملابس النوم، الجوارب، وملابس السباحة
عملية الاسترداد
بعد استلامنا للمنتج المرتجع، سيتم فحصه وتقييم حالته. إذا كان مطابقًا لشروط الإرجاع، سيتم معالجة طلب استرداد الأموال خلال 10 أيام عمل .
إذا ثبت أن المنتج غير مؤهل للإرجاع أو لم يكن السبب المقدم مقبولًا، فسنقوم بإعادته إليك على حسابك، ولن يتم استرداد المبلغ.
